At feRUS restaurant, it’s always hot in here. Almost as hot as when the ovens of the old foundry in Emmenbrücke used to run 24/7. No wonder, we love to bring the heat to our guests – well, on the plate that is. After all, we are passionate grill masters and we take our job seriously.

Compromises? Not with us. Only the best cuts make it to the grill or smoker – for maximum flavor. We serve fiery grill specialties such as steaks, ribs, or burgers. In addition, we offer popular feRUS classics, along with a selection of premium cuts from the dry ager. And from Monday to Friday, we serve a different lunch menu each day, including soup and salad.
