We serve fresh asparagus from Sonnenhof Wohlen in a variety of creative ways: as a salad, as a soup, with tagliatelle – or as a perfect side to meat, featuring two kinds of asparagus with Hollandaise sauce and potatoes. And as it should be with asparagus dishes, everything is completely vegetarian.
Prices range from CHF 8 to CHF 32, depending on the dish.
