We’re taking inspiration from the bold, vibrant flavors of this continent and introducing you to beef tartare from June 17 to July 1, 2026, reimagined in different ways with a Latin American twist: fresh acidity, herbs, chili, smoke, spice, and depth – South America, feRUS-style.
And of course, we’re also bringing along the classic tartare. Raw. Wild. Full of flavor.
